Duties
Our food runners are responsible for setting tables, serving food orders and removing used dishes from tables once guests are finished eating. This position helps support the wait, bar, and kitchen staff as needed while creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. This position also helps maintain a clean environment, engages in guest communications, follows safety and quality standards while complying with all company policies and processes.

Duties
This position greets guests, takes reservations, manages the waiting list, provides menus and seating assistance. You may also handle phone calls and customer questions about the restaurant and menu, and assist various staff as needed. This position also helps maintain a clean environment, engages in patron communications, follows safety and quality standards while complying with all company policies and processes.

This Position demands creativity daily, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest level of standards. You must be able to work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, reliable, and willing to work long hours.

Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
Maintaining safety and quality standards
Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
Keeping track of employees’ hours and cutting correctly
Checking sever side work
Maintaining a clean restaurant with the correct ambiance
Expediting food when needed
